Best thing I could do. I often tow my 2001 commuter 1/2 ton 2wd. I feel it and upload the trailer. A little sag even with a 2k payload and 6-8k on a trailer. It's a little tight under load, but that doesn't bother me. Raised maybe 1/2 inch in the back. I installed Bilstein shock absorbers in the front. The best combination, especially if I increase the tire size a bit.
