Fantastic! It fits multiple sizes, is transparent and easy to clean. What more could I want from a lid? I was looking at a cast iron lid to fit our largest cast iron skillet, but it was twice the price. This works great with our 12" cast iron skillet, as well as several other stainless steel and glass pans in our collection that don't have a lid. However, it will NOT fit the smaller 8 inch cast iron skillet. I was hoping it would, but it doesn't sit quite right on it, which is okay. I am pleased that only one lid fits on so many pans. I love that I can still see the food while it's cooking.
