Great little camera module for Raspberry Pi. As you can see in the first two shots I made a little handheld night vision camera out of it. The second 2 pictures were actually taken with this camera module. The images are the same, the first with the light on, the second with the light off (almost total darkness). You can see that the infrared port works well in the dark. The Raspbian operating system has built-in support for a camera connected to the Pi's camera port. I didn't need any additional software as the camera was included in raspi-config. Simple CLI commands let the camera take pictures. I am very happy with this camera.
