I like that it has multiple options for billing which makes life easier when you have several different providers in your network. It can be time consuming if there are too many people working with the system at one time. If someone else isn't available or not familiar enough with the program they may need help. For our organization we use AHCS for billings/billing services as well as medical records management. Ease of use for the end user. It is simple to navigate and understand. Very easy to customize to meet the needs of each facility. The ability to add images, videos, etc. to the reports is what makes this software a cut above the rest. I wish that the reports could be more detailed and customizable. The software has given us the ability to create more detailed reports and to customize them to meet the needs of each facility. We are able to pull our reports for the end users.
