American Healthcare has taken our billing process into another level than other companies that I have worked with in the past. They are very quick to respond when your bill exceeds or underflows. Their employees work from top down approach to ensure we are receiving all relevant information for us to make informed decisions quickly. The system runs smoothly with quick access for all departments within our facility allowing us more time in patient interaction which makes my job easier! I like that it has multiple options for billing which makes life easier when you have several different providers in your network. It can be time consuming if there are too many people working with the system at one time. If someone else isn't available or not familiar enough with the program they may need help.
