Quick responses - Great customer service

American Healthcare has taken our billing process into another level than other companies that I have worked with in the past. They are very quick to respond when your bill exceeds or underflows. Their employees work from top down approach to ensure we are receiving all relevant information for us to make informed decisions quickly. The only issue right now is the system not having an updated version where you can search by diagnosis instead of a general code number which requires manual searches every time there's new codes added. Have multiple departments each performing their part of the medical and financial processes but no one person, no matter how skilled they may be, who could keep everything consistent at this point. As a CPA responsible for accounting for both accounts payable and receivable it was important to me that my department had the same set of standards as the Accounts Payable team. All aspects of our billing have been streamlined by American Health Care. The system is user friendly and has allowed us to process claims quicker than we ever thought possible! Nothing that I can think of. This software does not help with any administrative issues such as insurance companies or contract renewals. Billing for providers at a fraction of the cost of paper billing systems.
