Received broken in half. No delivery problem.
When I receive a damaged product, it is usually due to a delivery problem. This one confused me. The packaging it came in was perfect, as was the original packaging that can be seen in photo 1. Somehow my new 5/8 heavy duty drill broke in half. See Figure 2. If you put the two pieces together, you can clearly see that there are no large pieces missing in the area where the crack occurred. However, these fragments are nowhere to be found. I can only assume that the packaging was damaged through negligence. Either way. It doesn't seem very strong.
Pros
- 135 Degrees and Split Point - Increases cutting speed with self-centering and eliminates movement, removing chips and particles faster. Split tip can improve wear resistance. 135 degrees penetrates hard material without a pilot hole and creates fine chips to reduce clogging.
