Works exactly as advertised. I installed it in about an hour and it works great. It seems a bit "cheaper" than a factory pen, but I had no trouble getting it to work. I have a complaint. If you forget the tailgate is locked and try to force it open, the plastic lever on the back of the handle will get caught under another part. It has happened to me twice, the first time I just locked and unlocked it a few times and it became free. The second time I had to dismantle and manually release the rear door when it was closed. My solution, which seems to work, was to use a dremel to shave and round off some of the plastic. This lock is also very noisy. Aside from the above complaint, this is a great product and does exactly what I wanted it to do.
