So I'm glad I did but the first one I got had a bad air leak right out of the box; it was not repairable. Support worked with me and provided me with a replacement. That's a great thing, but the second has a slow leak that can't be detected except by noting a drop in air pressure over a period of time. Also, the spool stretches and retracts well. The punch block pivots/folds left/right which I really like for the area I have it installed in. I used Tapcon style anchors in a hollow concrete foundation block in the basement. neutral 3 stars match. Glad I would risk buying it again if I had to (although I might not) because the customer service was great and the replacement of the failed unit was ok, but I think it's important that others knew my experiences in the rating. So buy it if the reel is right for you but understand there might be some quality issues but at least in my experience Dewalt customer service took care of everything. I think it's something Mark. Revain customer service cannot help with issues/returns on this item (at least in my experience). You should contact the manufacturer for assistance. Hope this all helps.
