I had a homemade snake stand for about a month and a half. The heat source for this snake stand is Zoo Med's 52 foot heating cable. I live in Pennsylvania and the temperature here can be anything at any time, so last night it was very disappointing to come here and see the temperature go up the counter has dropped. I checked everything to find the source and its heating cable. The cable has no visible damage, but still does not heat up. I think I have a bad cable and would like a replacement please
