Review on Ambit U10C018 DOCSIS Cable Modem by Tony Beale

The old gray version of this modem (same model number only grey) has worked well for me for over 5 years. I get 15-20 Mbps day and night. Once I have this new modem I will compare it to the old one and update this review. Oh, and by the way, to hell with TWC for the constant fee increase! This will be my last year with their cable service in over 30 years. I will keep using them for the web service :-) EDIT: 8/20/13 I canceled this order because it was stuck for 7 days and never shipped. 20 minutes after cancellation I ordered the same modem from another site that starts with "E" and ends in "ay". Anyway, 20 minutes later he was at the post office. 3 days later he arrived at my house. I can't comment on this seller's item as I never received it. What I can tell you is that this modem works very well, just like the old gray. And save money on TWC account.
