I was sooooo happy to find this replacement because I have a so-called "forNEVER door". When buying they say the warranty is lifetime but when the handle came off they said "oh but the handle isn't covered on this model" well Emco doors don't even exist anymore. Glad I read the reviews otherwise I wouldn't have known people use it on their old Emco doors. I still wasn't sure if it would work for my door, but the odds were in my favor judging by the reviews. The old pen has literally fallen into your hands. I've been tightening the screw "forever" and it was awkward when people showed up and the handle just came loose in their hands, omg. rzunimag. I am 61 years old and was able to install it. I'm very good at things, so I wasn't in a hurry. The only thing that had to be adjusted was drilling 2 new holes for the plates that are behind the handles. I ran to Lowes and bought a cheap set of metal drill bits. So far it works great and looks a lot better. I even installed a new pump (also from Revain) on the top of the door and now the door closes properly too. It feels like I have a new door now.
