They are well made and finished. Arrived quickly from Revain. Are they made in Germany? Who knows, but they seem to be of good quality. They arrived in a white box and the drums were packed in light oil to prevent rusting. Make sure you spray the brake drums with brake cleaner before putting them on the bug. Happy Buggin!
