Using this post-workout supplement, our team found that the taste was unpleasant and difficult to stomach. While it did help with muscle recovery, it wasn't substantial enough to justify the high price. The packaging is also quite bulky, taking up unnecessary space in our gym bags. Overall, we don't see ourselves using this product again.
