Quality you would expect from anything made in China. The wrench works well for hard-to-reach filters where you can't use a traditional oil filter wrench. If you inspect the filter after removing it, you can see the notches on the sides of the filter where the 3 handles are held. Not a big deal for an old filter, but you must be very careful when using this tool to install a new filter to avoid damaging the filter. During installation, the tool was only used to rotate the filter 1/8 turn after hand tightening. The best design would be a plastic or rubber coating on the three jaws. It will probably be sent back.
