Not hard or durable
These would be excellent for cutting holes in aluminum cans. I tried cutting 3/4 holes in a heavy steel truck ladder rack to customize. I got almost through 1 hole before it dulled. I used oil. I avoided smoking high speed. They are just too soft. I went to get a real brand at the hardware store and walked through 8 holes with ease, proving my technique. These are fine for soft metal, but not steel.
- I don't know how durable this would be on metal or wood, I used it on ABS plastic and it worked well.
- Not suitable for drilling through hard metals
