I used the entire cockpit of a 2006 Silverado 2500HD with this reel. I need another scroll to finish the doors and roof. This is my second machine the noise of which is deafening compared to the first I used as a dynamometer. I like this product more than Dynamat. It took about 12 hours to do just the cabin. The interior of my car comes off fairly easily. So if you have a car with a lot of panels etc, this could be a problem. I didn't install my audio system, but the volume and clarity increased significantly even without the door. I found Dynamat stickier and more difficult to work with. It also came in sheets instead of rolls. This allows one continuous pulley to be used throughout the cab, giving it a cleaner look than a dynamo. Last time I sounded deaf I bought a new rug from stock dot com and got the plush rug option plus bulk underlay for an additional $40 and that bulk underlay helped as an extra layer too. I plan to do the same for this truck.
