Lightweight and compact with excellent image quality! Bought for my 6 year old son for our summer hikes and state park trips but was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Doesn't feel like a child's toy. The loss of resolution compared to my chunkier ones was small compensation for the ultra-compact size, so I'd consider borrowing it!
