I installed it and everything worked perfectly

I personally like these sets very much. Upgrading is a lot cheaper than buying an entire radio controlled watch for many bucks. For the uninitiated or not very mechanically inclined: you have to pull out the locking pin. You must take it out before inserting the batteries for the first time. Before inserting the batteries and removing the stylus, the hands must be set to the 12 o'clock position. Setting up clocks for radio reception can be challenging. If your mobile phone doesn't work in this place, the clock might not work either.
