Radio controlled clocks must be set correctly or the clock will show a random time. This radio controlled movement has useless, incomprehensible instructions. Impossible to understand what they are trying to tell you what to do. The words are in English but the sentences don't make sense. Chinese instructions could also be included. I have a large (18 inch) radio controlled watch that has stopped working. I was happy to find replacements for them as the watch was expensive but excitement was short lived. Works great - picks up the WWVB US time signal and automatically sets the hands to the correct time. I'm on the west coast and mine was able to sync to the time signal overnight.
