Works much better than a 3/4 drive with an adapter.
Noticeable difference using this socket with a 1/2 socket versus using a similar socket with 3/4 socket and adapter with the same impact. I was really surprised at how much power the adapter used. I recommend it to everyone who will use it with effect. If you use it with a bar or ratchet you won't see much of a difference other than the adjusted height.
