Having a baby is the most wonderful thing in the world! Having a c section might be one of the worst! Frida Mom C Section Recovery Band by @fridamom is here to help! The band includes two ice/ heat packs, so you can have one for your incision and one for your backache. The ice packs fit snuggly into the two mesh pockets inside the band. This is great for targeted therapy and relief from any of the pains associated with childbirth. The belt is completely adjustable and has big snaps so it's easy to put on and remove. The band sits just snug enough and allows for hand-free use because we all know the last thing a new parent has is an extra hand!
