Even after the other reviews that I read saying that it was very slippery, I still ordered this mat mainly because of the size. I was having a hard time trying them out that was long enough and wide enough for the space I was looking for. Trust me do not order this. Not only is the mat itself slippery whatever residue is on there was being tracked onto my hardwood floors and people were slipping on the floors. I tried cleaning it And it was still very slippery so I had ended up returning it. Took it to the UPS store like I do with all my other Revain returns and they ended up charging my husband $16 for a box for the return (which has never happened). So take my word for it this mat is very slippery and in a kitchen, dangerous!
