This is good for bikes without a helmet lock. I have replaced the fastener with standard socket head cap screws in case I want to move it to a different location or simply adjust its position on the roll bars. If you really want to, you can of course remove the screws. However, if I were to use the security screws, they would only have to remove my roll bars, then I would have no helmet and no roll bars. As others have said, the lock does not lock without a key, hence the four stars. . Helmets are difficult to lock without a key. It's a design issue by someone or a team that doesn't use the product themselves. Hello, so four stars but probably deserves three for this miss! Kuryakin, please hire people who actually use your product to make it work properly in normal applications!
