I liked how easy it was to use. Also, it was incredibly quick. I love that you can do any combination of peeling or slicing. You can also adjust the thickness of the shell. I only made apples. It says potatoes are allowed. I had a problem with an apple, it was a little soft and broke the tines trying to peel it. Therefore, your apples must be firm or they will fall off the tines. Clean up wasn't difficult either. Be careful, the blades are sharp. As this is an item you don't use every day I would like it to come with a storage box as you can't put it back in the box it comes with with the handle and pen attached. I really like this little machine and I'm glad I bought it. The suction cup was also very strong. Since my counter isn't perfectly smooth, I have subway tiles with small protrusions. I figured I would have to use a baking sheet. But it worked great for my tile.
