Not Android 10.0: Auto & Vehicle Electronics

Actually Android 10 is NOT working when you go to Settings (o) it says Android version 10.0 but when you go to Storage and click on System it tells you what OS is actually running which is Android 8.1. 0 said, the radio itself works fine, there is no problem, only when Android 8.1 is no longer supported by Android, it is not possible to update the system to the new operating system, so you cannot update apps, because it does is play store is no longer open.
