Review on TheraOffice by Jayshawn Cuatlayol

Very easy to set-up. Quickly created my schedule (using an Excel template). Therapists' names were linked to patient records very quickly as well which was nice. I didn't use it much since some features weren't available yet but they are coming soon. Nothing too specific that I like or disliked so far. Great platform! We have realized the benefit that we gain from using Theraoffice over other apps such as Microsoft Word. We also realize that the app is user friendly for both therapists & patients. It has improved workflows through this electronic medical record / scheduler/ appointment keeper. Our business has benefited due their capability to manage schedules, appointments and follow ups easily to ensure good services to our valued customers. Benefits include reduced office staff time spent creating notes and improving efficiency. I like that it has an option for a daily note. It's easy to use and navigate. Sometimes if you are not careful when typing or clicking things can be hard to find but other than that great service! Nothing really. But I have learned so much about being more organized and efficient.
