Pro’s:does as it says and shields the UV. Def feel my home is cooler from the Summer sun’s intensity.I like how during the day you can see out pretty clear but you can’t see in. At night, you can just see a shadow of the person/object if you’re looking in. Good privacy.Con’s: kind of hard to remove adhesive from the film without slightly wrinkling it. You have to use a lot of soapy water when applying and you have to go over it many times for air bubbles to disappear.Tips: Def wash window well before application. I used alcohol to wipe down any dirt from window. Also, make sure you measure at more that window like the instructions advise. Try using a credit card to scrape the air bubbles out if you don’t have anything else.
