It sorta acts like window film/tint but it's not it does say it in the details but I tried it anyways. It's not super clear like true film is, it's like looking through plastic. Update:I decided to stick with the product. One pane never stuck well but a little bit of scotch tape helps. (See original photos). Our trash pick up is next to the house rather than at the curb. It was unsettling to see people and know they could be looking in. I no longer have this issue. Since I am in SFL the strength of the sun always does some damage to any product exposed to sun. It had good shine it was a nice quality film according to the installer. It was able to do my infinity coffee table but the edges are peeling slightly so I gave it 4 stars. Overall good product. I had a Tint installer put it on the glass so there would be no air bubbles or pockets which it did not have but the film was not sticking well to the glass on the edges. And only in a couple of spots. I left it alone because the edges that are coming loose are not being touched as the project calls for

Pro’s:does as it says and shields the UV. Def feel my home is cooler from the Summer sun’s intensity.I like how during the day you can see out pretty clear but you can’t see in. I needed to put this up for privacy. The first round did not work at all with scratches and crimping on the material. Second go around it’s completely smooth on the inside but outside looks terrible. It works perfectly just looks a little unsightly from the street. I am not a professional so probably my fault. I am going to buy some more for our sliding glass door

I have used several different window coverings but this one is amazing. I used it on my front storm door to keep my nosey neighbor from watching me. My animals now can lay at the door and watch the world outside. Bonus, I don't need to worry about being watched. Just remember, it is not a mirror, so if the inside light is brighter than the outside, it no longer looks like a mirror. Film is good quality but mine came with a crease all the way from top to bottom so instead of using it on my front door I put it on my front window instead and worked around the creased area.still worthy of some stars tho

This stuff is fantastic, no glue! It looks great too! I still had very little bubbles , but you really have to look for them. If you have any experience with tint you won't have any problems, very easy to install.

I feel like this film definitely matches the description color and applying this yourself saves a ton of money! It is slightly difficult to get the perfect measurement but overall very satisfied with the product!

Summer sun was a scorcher. Huge improvement with this installed on them. Takes patience and work to install. Mine look ok from a distance.

Very easy to install, I really appreciate the extra privacy. Just don't forget that when there's more light out than in, the privacy factor is lost. So you'll still need to draw your blinds.

Goes on easy, helps keep the heat out, gives privacy during daylight hours. However, at night we can't see outside at all.
