Thanks in large part to the great tool she had in her hands

I have mentioned the following in another review for the product and Dalstrong. but I have to repeat. My wife had serious health problems that put her in very difficult physical circumstances, such as: B. Difficulty working in the kitchen. When we bought our first Dalstrong knife for the first time in years, she was working in the kitchen and showing some enthusiasm, thanks in large part to the excellent tool she held in her hands. It made a HUGE difference. It fits your hands, it balances, it's very sharp and just plain fun to work with. And as I sit here, she's back in the kitchen, in large part because of Dalstrong's fine knife. I attribute much of her ability to work and cook to our original purchase of a Dalstrong damask knife. Then I bought a hefty Dalstrong chef's knife, which is exactly what I wanted. It's dangerous if she doesn't pick up and use this knife. I never thought she would try to use a Dalstrong Chefs knife. But she is. She loves it too. Now today. We bought her this new knife. So I come home and I hear something I don't normally hear. She sang. In the kitchen. I walked in and she cut and sliced a plate of assorted veggies for a Mexican dinner. I know this all sounds sentimental, but after many years of very difficult trials I have seen her develop an enthusiasm for the kitchen. Tonight to hear her sing. I'm not joking. Her main tool in the kitchen was this new Dalstrong knife. I know that sounds like a crazy review. but it's not for me. The ability to work in the kitchen pays the price of chronic pain later, but having the right tools makes a world of difference. This Dalstrong knife is beautiful, fits in her hand, is well balanced in her hand, handles quickly what she puts in front of her. And the capper, she's in the kitchen, making food fast, and she was singing. So you can bet that I have some good things to say about this tool. And no, I'm not a paid person.
