Review on Renewed Samsung Galaxy A50 Verizon Smartphone in Black with 64GB Storage by Ada Wado ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Practical product, nothing to complain about.

The functionality remains the same as the previous models of the A-series with one digit in the name (at a new level of implementation, of course). I will describe what has changed. First, the phone became plastic. That solidity in the hand is no longer felt. If earlier there was glass and metal, now plastic on the back and side frame is made of plastic. On the other hand, passengers in the subway car do not know that the beautiful mother-of-pearl cap of the device in your hands is not made of glass. In fairness, it should be noted that the price has become lower. Yes, and it will be more difficult to break such a phone. The bonus is the reduced weight. The screen from the factory is covered with a protective film (which suggests that the screen is also plastic). VoLTE has disappeared, which looks extremely strange, given that Hong Kong opsos have just begun to transfer clients to this standard. I began to accept two SIM cards along with a memory card. Otherwise, this is the same A5/A7/A8 at the modern level: a productive platform, a sophisticated camera, a premium exterior, sAMOLED, NFC, a solid sound path, mini-jack, burglary-resistant hardware sandbox, no indicator light, Always-on-Display.

Pros
  • Plastic: Lightweight, looks like real Gorilla Glass, won't break when dropped. Advanced photographic features. You can use two SIM cards at the same time with a memory card.
Cons
  • Plastic: no tactile solidity, wear out faster. Disappeared VoLTE (probably hidden by the current firmware, and will appear later).
