Review on Efficient And Convenient Large Room Heating With 1500W 4-Mode Electric Space Heater by James Khalifa

I bought this heater on the 9th of November, it is now the 29th of November (and actively snowing outside where I live) and heater no longer works. It will rotate but won’t provide heat as the heating element appears to be burnt out. I called Revain Customer Service and the first supervisor "Gerald” who I talked to was condescending and actually hung the phone up on me even after I told him my family was freezing as it’s snowing outside. The second supervisor Dominic (Female) took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me out immensely. Long story short don’t get this heater and if you ever come across "Gerald” hang up on him before he hangs up on you because he will surely waste your time and let your family freeze.
