Universal brush

All-purpose watercolor brush, rich, retains its shape and edge (like a flat brush) when squeezed. Allows for wider strokes and thin lines. Seems to be able to take some abuse so far. Ideal for 9" x 12" toilet paper.

BLACK VELVET: Our Black Velvet brushes were developed for watercolorists and experienced hobbyists. Each Black Velvet brush is soft enough to add color without ruining previous layers, yet hard enough to lighten color if needed.

I have a number of Silver Brush black velvet brushes. I don't like stiff brushed for the most part.
