Review on Hakko 599B 02 Wire Type Soldering Cleaner by Mark Cole

Works great. I suggest doing it yourself, the improvement mentioned would be splitting the hull apart, it's meant to be split. Then add weight to the bottom half to make it heavier. So it doesn't slip off and back together easily. As you can see I added some old lead fishing weights I had inside, about 6 ounces total. Old nuts or washers would probably work as well. I am happy with this tool. It does an excellent job of cleaning and preparing the tip of the soldering iron for re-tinning. I recommend this product.
