This is the coolest, coolest garage door opener. I didn't have space above the door to install a chain operated gate opener, it took a little longer than usual because I have a separate garage with metal and steel posts and had to make my own bracket to secure it, works great and would Recommend to anyone who doesn't have space above the door and hates having to open the door every time. Hand. works great in Colorado. The roller sensor is the most difficult to set up correctly, this is the only downside.
