I like that it's integrated with our Radiology department so we don't have another system in house if something goes wrong or needs updating (which happens often).

It also integrates well into other systems such as EMRs/EHR platforms which makes workflow much easier when using multiple applications at once! We are able streamline image upload from many different modalities without having duplicate software installed everywhere - this helps keep costs down while maintaining efficiency!! Would be nice sometimes had more options available than just "normal" mode but overall very satisfied by product functionality thus far.- Allows us access via patient record number instead of email address / login info; allows quick viewing of medical records & treatment notes within application itself rather then going through separate portal outside website.
