Review on Kuchenprofi Stainless Steel Poultry Scissors – Professional Grade with 5-Inch Blade by Tiffany Powers

I bought this because of a review that said one person could cut chicken and goose bones. I wanted to be able to cut open chicken and turkey bones, get to the bone marrow, and make Paleo/GAPS bone broth (if you're on a Paleo or GAPS diet, you know what I'm talking about). I couldn't get through either. My husband with big strong hands could use it to cut chicken thigh bones but not turkey. The chicken bones he cut were split and broken into many small pieces. When I asked the butcher to cut my bones, there were a lot fewer pieces. It looks like a heavy quality product. It is not suitable for cutting thick bones.
