There aren't too many downsides here. The only thing I really don't like is the plastic case, which is pretty flimsy and not the best material. I believe this was done to save money. The bits are housed in neat holders where they stay in place and the whole set is complete enough for any layperson. They've got all kinds of tips, they've got a thin end for those hard-to-reach places, and it's all packaged pretty nicely in a hard plastic outer shell. As mentioned, the inner casing is made of thin, fragile plastic, but that doesn't bother us too much. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very good. I'm sure it's not the best of the best, but for most people it covers the basics and more.
