This is my second 10" Carona folding saw. My first lasted four years before showing signs of dullness. It still cuts well after years of heavy use, but I can definitely see a difference the next time I use it. to a brand new one. I have used this new one on kayaking and camping trips. It's lightweight, works great with logs up to 5 inches in diameter, and takes up very little space. They're tough little workhorses. I've exposed them to rain, dunked them in salt water, knotted and severely bent the blade, and processed hundreds of pounds of firewood. They keep performing. If your Silky broke, you're not impressed with how the Bahco cuts, or don't want to take a 21" Sven saw with you, this is the cure for all of the above problems.
