I am a butcher in a grocery chain. I use these straps to repair knife blades and then use a steel grinder to finish the blades. These straps do a good job of helping my knives stay sharp in fast working conditions. I have a professional Norton Tri-Stone but it takes more than a day to use the stone. This sharpening system is economical and saves time in urgent working conditions.
