Bought this for my mum after her recent hip surgery. It's a great tool, but it takes a little getting used to. First, wiping the space between the legs from back to front is a difficult task for those who spread their hips when sitting on the toilet. Therefore, it is difficult, if not impossible, to get a wand between your thighs for those who cannot dry off. My mom also complained that the toilet paper didn't stick to the stick when wiping and that you had to use a lot of toilet paper. The lease ended up in a mess because the toilet paper fell onto the floor after mopping. I think the idea behind this tool is a great tool, but not for people who can't stand swiping and those with big hips.
