After reading many mixed reviews I decided to order two of these dispensers. I needed a backup in case the main network went down, but I also wanted more than one because I'd read that people were having issues with Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, I was one of those who had problems with WiFi. The first device I tried and tried with multiple devices on multiple networks was unsuccessful. When I opened the second device I ordered as a backup, I was able to sync it to the wifi with no problem. I couldn't do it on my iPhone, but I did with my iPad. I'm not sure why one worked and the other didn't, but if you're one of those having problems, try a different device. plug in. After syncing to Wi-Fi, you can use the app from any device and it will appear. In terms of performance, they work like any other dispenser. Another complaint I hear a lot is that they aren't very accurate. I vouch for it, within 60 to 90 days they can certainly become someone. This can easily be corrected by regular recalibration. For me it's worth the effort as they are very inexpensive compared to more expensive devices. Even more expensive devices need to be recalibrated to ensure accuracy. I think this device offers excellent value for money. Just be prepared to return a device that doesn't work with your wifi or order multiple devices at once like I did.
