Fits exactly!
This is a life jacket and should fit snugly! I'm 5'8", 150 lbs, have large breasts and that's exactly what I want. The chest zip is comfortable, but I don't want a life jacket to be anything but snug and secure. You're heavy or overweight, consider pulling maybe consider a specific product or go to the store to try it on I don't think it's right to say this fits less than expected as I can't repeat enough !
