I've seen it get mixed reviews, maybe not the ones I bought here on Amazon but a few others. But me and my boyfriend still decided to buy our son one for Christmas. I had no problems at all. My son plays with it a lot and hasn't had any problems so far. Our whole family played with him once. My son loves her and I won't lie we all had fun playing with her. So to the mixed reviews. I don't know, but my product hasn't had any problems so far.
