Problematic for side sleeping, great for yoga & meditation
The way these are built up on the sides made them uncomfortable for me to try and sleep as a side sleeper. But they do a great job blocking out light and are comfortable to wear when not laying on the side of my face. I tried them for yoga and meditation and really enjoyed them. I believe they would also work quite well while traveling because of their capacity for blocking light.
