Review on Happiness Being Chrome License Plate by Chris Santos

For the amount I paid for this gift to my wife I was expecting an embossed plate (similar to many "veteran" plates). When unpacking, I noticed that the frame was rattling. Further investigation showed that the laminated "Be a Babysitter" sign was DELAMINATED. The first attempt to use sealant was unsuccessful. I plan to try epoxy. All of this requires additional time and money. BEWARE of such laminated items, especially when they are outdoors. The quality control of this manufacturer is questionable.
