They were able find my organization grants that I was not even aware existed! The ease at which they helped me understand what grant would be best suited for us, when it could come in handy with our current events as well being flexible enough if we needed changes along-the -way (which is common). There wasn't much downside but maybe because this program has been around since 2014 there are other programs available now also? Not really sure about how competitive their funding process might have gotten over time though; however given its popularity from past years/programs perhaps others may get more involved than just one or two organizations currently offering them?! It’s fast, simple and easy to use. You don't have to be an expert in social media marketing or know how to build an effective strategy. The platform does all that for you! I wish it was more customizable. We wanted to see better engagement from our customers and were disappointed with the results. That said, it is great that users are seeing value in the platform. They're giving us feedback that allows us to improve and continue to grow their experience.
