Nice fit and finish but not durable. It's probably great when you flip the house. I installed the entire line of Baldwin Madrina front door locks and deadbolts before finding out they were no longer made by Baldwin but by Kwikset after Black and Decker bought them in 2003. While they look very nice, the Kwikset smart key cylinders fail. in less than 5 years. I've already lost 3 this year. The key just doesn't work anymore. Even though they have a 'lifetime' guarantee I had to buy a replacement as it takes >2 weeks to mail a faulty lock and wait for a replacement and in my area leaving the front door 2 weeks is just not an option to leave unlocked for a long time. Now I know why my local locksmith called them "fake Baldwins" when I asked about their repair, which I think could be quicker. Hopefully Kwikset/Baldwin will redesign the very handy smart key cylinders to be more durable as it will cost me a lot to replace all the entry locks and deadbolts with another model (probably Schlage entry sets if this continues).
