This may sound silly, but I was surprised by the carbide teeth on this hole saw. I know, I know, the description says it has carbide teeth, but "carbide teeth" often turn out to be carbide molecules, and I'm not expecting much. These teeth are similar to the teeth on a 10-inch saw: bits of carbide are welded to the blade and then sharpened. I haven't used a hole saw in anything denser than drywall so the carbide may turn out buttery smooth but looks impressive. Be careful when using them as these large teeth could catch on softer material and the drill's motor could hit you. A very impressive instrument, I have to admit.
