Really helped with my moisture problem PLA

I bought a new BIQU B1 printer and a black PLA hatchbox. I left the spool on rolls (at ambient conditions) for about a week as I was printing a lot of detail. I had no problems at first and got great prints. Over the days I noticed slight deformations in the corners. I adjusted the temperature but couldn't completely eliminate the problem. The distortion continued to grow. Also, I lost the ability to control adhesion. In the end I couldn't print anything. I decided to dry my PLA, but I didn't feel comfortable using my "oven" because I don't trust the temperature control. So I ordered a Sunlu Incandescent Dehydrator. It has several features that I like. Built-in spools perfectly handle a 1kg spool of thread. You can continue drying while printing using the small holes in the cover. Sunlu includes Teflon tubing to protect the plastic cover. The user interface is limited but easy to use. You can set a timer to run the device for several hours. The first time I had to dry PLA for 12-18 hours to get rid of the hygroscopic effect. Once I did that, I was back to where I started when I opened the PLA from the sealed packaging. I also made some other adjustments. I have a heater in the room my printer is in and I use it to regulate the ambient temperature to prevent warping (I also keep the door closed to avoid airflow). I also adjusted the temperature and airflow settings for the first few layers. All of these adjustments have helped eliminate the warping and I'm getting good adhesion again as well. I find that the Sunlu Filament Dehydrator was absolutely necessary to regain control of my printing process.
